Granny's Indoor Storage
The original Granny's Food Manufacturing facility (large building in front of Tess Corners Storage) is currently being renovated into out door access and indoor interior access storage units.  Over 150 new state of the industry units of many sizes will be available.  Feel free to call and stop by for a tour.

Bayview Duplexes

1895 and 1898 duplexes were last renovated in 1940's when the original owners added the upper duplex, additions, and then state of the art oil furnaces.  We purchased the properties from the original families.  We had our renovation work cut out for us.  We refinished the hardwood floors or replaced them, ceramic tiled bathrooms, cabinetry, carpet, paint, and added energy efficient windows, furnaces, and water heaters.  The latest duplex at 2441 S. Austin had the interior walls completely removed, plaster and lathe removed, exterior walls and ceilings fully insulated, new wiring, plumbing with new spacious rooms designed.  Extensive landscaping was done along with constructing new two car garages on both properties.  They are at 2439 and 2441 S.
